What is a GEM CIRCLE?
On the hour as your schedule allows...

• Take a moment to see white light infused with love entering your body through the top of your head and flowing into your heart.  
• See the loving white light move from your heart to create a bubble around your body. 
• Make the bubble larger and see your loved ones within the bubble.  
• Make the bubble larger to include your community,  then country and then the world.  
• Let the white light from your bubble burst in all directions to send loving white light to the ends of the universe.  

INTENT

• CIRCLE:   represents the giving and receiving of life energy  
  
• WHITE LIGHT:   includes all colors and therefore all vibrations of the life force
• LOVE:   infusing with the intent of love takes the energy to the highest possible vibration
• HOURLY:   when many people are sending loving energy at the same time the effect is exponential
